Privacy Policy

This policy describes how My FC Stats (myfcstats.com) collects, uses and protects your personal data. My FC Stats is operated from Brazil and this policy is designed to comply with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018); the same practices apply to all users regardless of location.

1. Data we collect

• E-mail — used as the account identifier and to send login codes and notifications.
• Gamer tag and team name — provided by you for your profile and the friends feature.
• Match and club statistics — extracted from the screenshots you upload (score, possession, shots, etc.).
• Game screen images — the screenshots you choose to upload may be stored alongside your matches. They may contain opponents' gamer tags.
• Social content — wall posts and match comments, visible to your friends.
• AI usage — token/cost counters for the analyses you run (to show your usage and enforce limits).

2. How we use the data

We use the data to operate the service: code-based authentication, calculating the stats on your dashboard, generating AI tactical analyses, social features between friends, and abuse prevention (usage limits). We also use the data to improve our AI systems, making the information, analyses, and guidance increasingly effective and personalized for you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other players outside the social features you approve, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use or for advertising purposes.

3. Processing by third parties (processors)

• Google Gemini — match/club images and statistical summaries are sent to Google's API for AI extraction and analysis.
• Modal — alternative OCR-based extraction: images are processed on our own server hosted on Modal, without third-party AI.
• Resend — sending login-code e-mails and notifications.
• Render — server hosting and data storage.
• hCaptcha — anti-abuse verification on the login screen.

These processors handle data only to provide the service to My FC Stats and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

4. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all data (profile, matches, images, training sessions, social connections and AI usage history) is removed immediately from active systems; copies in security backups expire automatically as part of the backup rotation cycle.

5. Your rights

• Access and portability — export all of your data as JSON under Settings → Account → Export my data.
• Deletion — delete your account and all data under Settings → Account → Delete my account.
• Correction — edit your profile and records at any time within the application.

6. Third-party data in your screenshots

End-of-match screens display the opponent's gamer tag. This data is treated only as part of your personal match history and is visible solely to you and to the friends you approve.

7. Security

We use passwordless authentication (single-use e-mail code), signed session tokens, HTTPS-only communication, and per-account usage limits.
